The CottonTail Rabbit Rescue operating out of Northford, Ct (run by Mandy Doyle) The rescue is dedicated to finding wonderful homes for abused and neglected rabbits. We have many rabbits up for adoption and get new ones in weekly. We have been rescuing rabbits for over 7 years now and have helped over 600 rabbits find new homes. 
We are a no kill rescue, if the rabbit doesn't find a home then it lives out the rest of its life at the rescue being spoiled.

Our rescues are spayed/neutered, then taught to use a litter box so they may live indoors. Rabbits are intelligent and social, and can become wonderful companion animals if given the chance to interact with their human families. A rabbit can live a life span of 8-14 years. We strive to find loving homes where our rescues will be treated as a member of the family.

The CottonTail Rabbit Rescue is an all volunteer not for profit organization dependent on donations to help us rescue unwanted domestic rabbits and educate the public on rabbit care. We are working towards filing for federal 501c3 status, but it takes some time.

We have many rabbit toys for sale. They are 100% rabbit safe and all rabbits love them. please ask when you come to adopt to see them. 3 rabbit toys for $10


Interested In Adopting

If you are interested in adopting one of the bunnies on our website please fill out the pre-adoption form and send it to mandyld@juno.com  Once you have filled that out and sent it back we can set up a day for you to come meet all the bunnies in the rescue and see who you are interested in adopting. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions you have.

**Adoption fee**
-$20 for unspayed/unneutered rabbit
-$75 for spayed/neutered rabbit
-$100 for bonded pair


Looking to find a home for your bunny then please e-mail. Sometimes we do have room in the rescue to take a bunny in but if we don't have room we can post your rabbit up on the website for you.
If you want us to post your rabbit on the website please send us some info:
*sex, age, personality, and a picture if you have one


If we take your bunny into the rescue you have to donate all the rabbits supplies and give a small money donation. We will  definately keep  you updated on if the bunny finds a new home.
We never put any bunny to sleep, if for some reason they don't find a home then they live out their life in the rescue.
